Bug 609116 now sets us up for getting the repacks generated unsigned. I'm not sure what automation we need beyond that.
Downloading of the right bits is now automated (change is sitting on momo-signing-01). One more tweak to the signing process to do (copy Linux/Mac bits into signed directory since they don't need internal signing). Also, still need to safeguard the 'make upload' target so we don't accidentally overwrite released bits.
