1. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/
2. long tap and open layout-test.html in a new tab
3. long tap and open listlinks.html in a new tab
4. go to the tab control and look at two new tabs
5. pan to the right to hide the tabs panel

Expected: 
1) the lettering for listlinks.html are more clear
2) in both tabs, the right side has not rendered.

Note: regression of bug 600005

This bug exists only on the b1 relbranch.

On trunk, we did not land the patch from bug 600005 (because it was fixed by bug 598997 instead, which does not have this problem).  So I think we can mark this as FIXED unless we want to block b1 on it.
