An xperf trace of a pymake build from last week shows that we invoked rm.exe 1446 times.

This one might be worth waiting on native commands as well, as I have a native rm in pymake.builtins: http://hg.mozilla.org/users/bsmedberg_mozilla.com/pymake/file/b67f8b91d73f/pymake/builtins.py#l9
