Zeus can automatically send an error page when all the backends fail. This is currently an html file with: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=http://hardhat.mozilla.net/en-US/outages.html"/> I want someone to help invent a new AMO-specific page that gives more meaningful content to end users, perhaps even themed like AMO. Zeus can only return a single page so all page elements should either be embedded in the page or pulled off hardhat.mozilla.net.

Is there more context to this bug? What would "more meaningful content" be like?
