when expanding a thread that is at the bottom of the message list pane the thread items can't be seen. thread should scroll into view

STR: 1. View email as threads 2. Scroll so that a thread title is at the bottom of the message list pane 3. Expand the thread Expected: The thread expands, scrolling the message list pane up so that you can see the items in the expanded thread Actual: The thread expands and the new items are out of view at the bottom of the scroll pane
