To migrate the {SCREENCAST} syntax, we'll need to migrate screencasts.

New syntax already landed in bug 600747 as [[Video:Some title]] and supports webm/ogv + flv fallback.

This migration will assume there is a media path to the old videos and another one for their new location.

Management command migrate_videos, runs in seconds/minutes.

This should just keep going and output a warning if there is no flash version. Would also be nice to make the trailing slash optional.

I didn't see video migrated in this article: https://master.support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing%20profiles

The video displays in production. Is this an issue with the file, or with the migration?

Probably the migration. I'll work on getting a new migration up on stage, hopefully tomorrow.
