Scrolling at https://www.neodata.com/Newsweek/set1/netscape1_new.htm is slow. If I go to http://www.neodata.com/Newsweek/set1/netscape1_new.htm instead, everything works fine. There are several other perf problems at the site while loading, but it seems especially strange that there would be perf problems after loading.

Worksforme. Scrolling on a secure site seems normal to me. Reporter, please try it again with a more recent build.
