I am inspired by the Jetpack good design practices I see from the Jetpack engineers, the following is an use case and recommendation for feature: * Today when using this documentation application tool, I needed to go back between the Windows and Tabs modules. I see browser history works fine but perhaps the app should also have concept of session which is stored in the local filesystem and may keep a history of things I do, quick means to revisit the Modules doc, etc. This may lead to this SDK be a sort of offline version of Flightdeck.
The Add-on SDK is no longer a Mozilla Labs experiment and has become a big enough project to warrant its own Bugzilla product, so the "Add-on SDK" product has been created for it, and I am moving its bugs to that product. To filter bugmail related to this change, filter on the word "looptid".
Component: Jetpack SDK → General
Product: Mozilla Labs → Add-on SDK
QA Contact: jetpack-sdk → general
It's an interesting idea, but overall, it'd be better to keep the server as simple as possible and rely on browser features to help users navigate the docs.
