You will see that John Doe will be displayed as "John Doe (Office)" with quotes. Thus this e-mail will also be send to "John Doe (Office)" with special charaters --> see source text of the sent e-mail --> recipient. And finally those Contacts with special characters are also displayed with quotes in the threadpane (send mails, trash ...). Reproducible: Always Expected Results: Quotes should not be added when contacts include special characters.
We are just respecting the standard as defined at http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2822#section-3.4.1.
