When Firefox starts, without going to any websites, or doing anything.
The error console shows:

After reading the article you linked to....

I tried "Run as Administrator", and disabling all my add-ons except for Java.
Why would it act like I am a "Standard User"? I'm logged in as an Admin.

It still didn't work...

It appears that "{972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd}" refers to the Strata Theme that comes with Firefox 4.0 Beta 8 Pre.

Not seeing these warnings in a clean profile loading about:blank, although I recall seeing them before.
