Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start firefox
2.close firefox
3.start firefox... FAIL!
Actual Results:
firefox does not start

Expected Results:
firefox should start
This is a usual error caused by some addons.
Please disable all addons and try it again.
I get this message, also in safe mode:
"Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system."

To reproduce, close Firefox and restart it fairly quickly.
Forgot to mention, Firefox 4 beta 9 and 10
