cannot login @nifty webmail(Japanese ISP)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open @nifty toppage("http://www.nifty.com/")
2. click a "メール" (メール is mail in Japanese)
   https://mail.nifty.com/mailer/

Actual Results:
Reloading a page.

Expected Results:
Change a Login page.
