Most companies use roaming profiles.
Thunderbird seems to have the nasty habit of placing it's SBD folders and the email indexing database in the \AppData\Roaming part of the windows user profile.
The consequence is that logging on and logging off takes forever.

Could you please change the default path for SBD folders and the email indexing database to \AppData\Local ?
