1. install plugin (ie go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/installplugin.html and click on the install the link for b2 to use install trigger.  to work around bug 593025)
2. set fennec to arabic
3. after the restart go to url : about:firstrun

Expected: RTL styled
Actual : LTR styled

Note:
1. question : should all the about pages be RTL styled when the browser is set to RTL?

Anas, do you see anything in the attached screenshot that needs more fixing than what you did?

The only thing I see is that the Arabic addon wasn't successfully applied. Otherwise, you would see at least the content of the firstrun page localized into Arabic.

As a general rule, all about and local pages should be RTLized in an RTL browser.
