when i opem Thunderbird i can move or delete 1 or 2 e mails after that i try to move /delete by any methos .the task bar says i have moved or deleted the mail but it still appears in the "In box"
If i re start Thubderbird thren i can move or delete a couple more then it starts all ove again 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.check setting in thunderbird 
2.run full spyware check (spybot)
3.remove add ons and calender
Actual Results:  
no diffreence 

Expected Results:  
?

Was running fine before the thunderbird upgrade to 3.1.4
can you try to start Thunderbird in -safe-mode ?

Anything in Tools -> error console ?

Anything in Activity manager ?

Is delete the only thing not working ?
2 months with no response = incomplete
