Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Slide screen from right to left to open the Options Menu
3. Select Preferences by tapping Preferences icon
4. Inspect Enable JavaScript Menu Item. Tap on right YES/NO button to change
state: select NO 
5. Go back and navigate http://www.randomibis.com/coolclock/
6. Return to preference menu and set the Enable JavaScript to YES
7. Go back and navigate http://www.randomibis.com/coolclock/

Expected result:
- the second time load of page coolclock should display the clocks
- the modification of the settings should be reloaded/ refreshed automatically

Actual result:
- the second time load of page coolclock doesn't  display the clocks

Note :
same behavior for Show Images setting

This is reproducible again on builds:
