I am crashing with a debug mozilla trunk build from today (as well as
yesterday's build) when I go to the helper app preference panel, edit an
existing mimetype mapping, cancel that dialog and then cancel the preference dialog.

note: I need to cancel only the mimetype mapping dialog; after that OK or Cancel
will crash dismissal of the preferences dialog.

hm, another helper app crasher...steps diff from bug 60180, tho. i cannot repro
this on linux, fwiw [mozilla verif trunk, 2000.11.16.08]. don't have a mac handy
at home today...

nope, I cannot reproduce this on today's linux trunk 1116.

ok; I crash only when I edit/cancel an existing mimetype for application/pdf

I'm crashing in InMemoryAssertionEnumeratorImpl's destructor; I'll try to attach 
a macsbug stack crawl in a bit.

brade is probably using a pre-beta2 profile. These profiles contain corrupt
mimeTypes.rdf with regards to the application/pdf entry.

brade can you create a new profile and see if you have the same problem?

using a mozilla trunk build on Mac (today), I still see this crash with a new 
profile (I add the pdf pref to my prefs and then close prefs and then go back 
into prefs and edit the pdf pref, click cancel, dismiss prefs dialog)
