603700 - Notifications appear in Panorama group view

Seen with recent nightly builds on minefield

1) go into Group Your Tabs
2) wait for a study notification to appear.

tested results: 
the notification appears hanging from nothing (it thinks it's hanging from the Feedback button)

Expected results:  If possible these should only appear when Fx the Feedback button is present in browser mode.

This will probably be fixed when we switch over to the Firefox built-in notification system, once that becomes available.

In case you change your mind and hope to fix this before then, the way to check if Panorama is open is to check TabView.isVisible(). You can also get observers on tabviewshown and tabviewhidden.

Sorry, why was this wontfixed? Is it because Test Pilot will be using the notification system in a future version?
