NTT could front-end a way to do a feature request via bugzilla.  Likewise, one could go further with this idea and allow NTT to display the list of known bugs/outstanding features and report on the status of bugs filed by the user

For the first part, Input is planning to incorporate a way to log ideas submission, so we could add that into nightlies pretty easily : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=571273
