Enrique, you mentioned problems with creating diffs in an email, did you figure out what those were?

To recap from my mail, which OS are you on?

I somehow assume that you're local clone is confused about which encoding to use. I'm not sure if that's an issue of the initial clone or just the diff. What I'd suggest you do is to back up the clone you have and to

hg --encoding utf8 clone http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/gl/

and to then try

hg diff

and if that's still funky, do an

hg --encoding utf8 diff

Also, despite the fact that our docs suggest that, using a context size of 8 is really not that useful for l10n patches, gotta get stas to fix the docs there.
