6041 - Long menus don't scroll on Linux client

Currently, I don't see any menu items scroll if the list is long.
I18n just checked a list of Character sets. Depending on a monitor
size, we are not able to see a lot of Charset menu items. On my 15-inch
monitor, I see only 15 items. On a 17-inch monitor, we should get a few
more but certainly not the entire list.
While we should eventually improve on the Character set menu list,
it should be possible to scroll the menu items with GTK everywhere
if they doesn't fit the monitor you're using.

For international testing also, we need to get this resolved soon.
