if firefox stops responding for few seconds, the close/minimize bar is gone after. You need to close firefox using task manager (or ALT + F4).

1. Make firefox stop responding
2. Check out the top right corner
3.
Actual Results:  
close/minimize bar is no longer visible

Expected Results:  
the close/minimize bar should still be visible & active
How do you make fx stop responding? Do you have a set of str, or a site?
nope, it just stops responding some times for few seconds.
seems like another problem caused by firebug 1,6. Disabled it and it didn't happen since
