604165 - Sync videos from videos.mozilla.org to master.stage and run video migration

We need to test video migration [1] on stage master (http://master.support.mozilla.com)

I did this all locally (i.e. copied things over), which should be fine for staging since the total size is just around 300MB.

1. Copy videos from videos.mozilla.org to a local folder:
* http://videos.mozilla.org/serv/sumo/
* http://videos.mozilla.org/serv/sumo/mobile/
(these can just be piled together)

2. The videos will be migrated to
    settings.GALLERY_VIDEO_PATH
so please make sure that folder exists. It does not have to be a publicly accessible folder.

3. Run the migration command:
    ./manage.py migrate_videos all --old /path/to/above/folder


After all this is done, it would be a good opportunity to sync that folder to the CDN. James and I had a meeting about this with Jeremy. I could file a separate bug for that.


[1] Bug 602693 adds the management command for migrating videos.
