2. Click on the "Information for Add-on Developers"
3. Click on the "Mozilla Developer Center article" link and the "Mozilla Developer Center" logo

They load https://developer.mozilla.org/En/Updating_extensions_for_Firefox_4.0 and https://developer.mozilla.org/En/Updating_extensions_for_Firefox%204.0, respectively, which both 302 to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/
