I have no idea what is causing this, it seems to happen completely at random. This time it happened while typing in a web address. Breakpad report using vlad's crasher tool: http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/789eaaf8-4a6e-4d88-afad-106422101013 Windows 7 x64 on a MacbookPro6,1 with a 512MB GeForce GT 330M.
