No need to go full-screen. Just right click on flash video then the element focus is lost and bookmark menu isn't shown anymore. Right clicking on empty space on webpage will fix this focus issue. dom.ipc.plugins.enabled set to false doesn't have this 2nd way to bring up flash focus issue.

previously I had only noticed this on bookmark folders (see 632753), but today I noticed right-click wasn't working on links (to open on new window for example). What I noticed today is right-click will drop menu but moving to select clears it. However, if you drop menu and use arrow-keys, enter you can select from menu. and, yes, this was after non full screen flash.
