Patch a: remove the getters and the nsDOMDocumentType constructor arguments v1

Web DOM Core removes them, and they already always return null. Also, this paves the way to get rid of NamedNodeMap.

Yeah, I don't see much reason to take this for FF4. I'll review this once the blocker situation settles down a bit.
