Right now ids for studies must be integers, but there's no good reason for that - it's just because we're using parseInt. With arbitrary strings as IDs we can give studies much more natural ids to make analysis less confusing.

RIAK supports random strings for bucket names as long as they don't contain slashes. The study IDs also become part of preference names and part of URLS so they can't have any characters that would mess that up, either. Everything should be fine if we just keep it to alphanumerics and underscores.
