In the Russian version of the browser in safety options the typing error has been admitted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mozila browser for Russia.
2.Click [Tools]-[Options]-[Security]-[Settings]
3.It can be observed typo : "Просмотре страницы"


Expected Results:  
On this window should be the text: "Просмотр страницы"

I think this bug is invalid for 1.9.2.
