This is a residual crash signature that exist in 3.6 and trunk builds.
It is #102 top crasher in b8pre build for the last week.

There are several kinds of stack trace :
* Comments say that it happens when downloading files with DownThemAll!

624 XPCLock* mapLock = Scope->GetRuntime()->GetMapLock(); 

one of Scope or GetRuntime() is null. based on 0xcc it should be easy to figure out which... It looks like it's GetRuntime()
