If I click on the "Click here to ..." it does NOT "open a new window" but instead goes to the URL in the same Browser (which _I_ enjoy but the Browser does not permit).

If I right-click on the "Click here to ..." and choose "Open Link in New Window" a new Browser Window DOES open but I still get the same message.
