605119 - Form Assistant flickers to top of page when moving to password field on lastpass.com/mobile

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #602707 +++

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to lastpass.com/mobile
2. Tap on "Email" field to open up the form assistant.
3. Tap the up and down buttons to move between the email and password fields.

Actual Results: The view sometimes flickers to the top of the page before scrolling to the password field.

Expected Results: The view just goes between the email and password fields.

This is actually staying at the top of the page now on build:

I can still reproduce this on trunk.

It looks like this is fixed by the patch in bug 608703.
