When Firefox is launched already in full-screen mode, and then you exit the mode, "virtually" all is ok, but Os interface elements are not re-drawn until focused (for example taskbar, start menu, desktop background).

I don't think this is the same of:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=534463

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.full-screen mode in firefox
2.restart
3.F11 exit full-screen mode
Actual Results:
In place of Os interface there are still pixels of the rendered webpage

Expected Results:
Normal full-screen exit

Do you still see this using Firefox 4 final?

No I don't, but now I don't have win 2000 anymore as I formatted the computer, now working with win xp.
