WebKit doesn't support unprefixed box-shadow, and of course it doesn't support -moz-box-shadow, so there's no border on expanded dropdowns.

I guess he rather meant when the changes will be deployed, reminds me of bug 600607 comment 6. You do have access Ehsan, you can push it live right away.

Actually I meant the tree to watch to make sure the change didn't break the build. So I think Ehsan is closer to what I meant, more or less, not that it matters that much what a joking comment means.

I've deployed it.
