In a world of tab groups existing on a per window basis, it would be great to be able to detach a group to a new window so you can look at 2 groups at once.

Sounds like a great feature, though it might become moot in the "all-windows" universe. We won't get to it by FF4.0, however (and therefore, before "all-windows"). 

Punting to future, as it might still be nice to have and assigning to Aza for design:

Some thoughts:

* How do you pull the group out? Can it only be done in Panorama, or can you pull some sort of group icon out of the main FF screen?

* What does it look like to pull a group out of Panorama? Should it be an icon on the already clustered group UI? Should it happen when you drag a group off of the screen?
