Document in a new KB article based on http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/quick_filter_in_thunderbird_3_1_replaces_quick_search_in_thunderbird_2
the following facts:
1.To search using quick filter type command F / control F ONCE
2. To search inside of a particular message you need to hit Command F / control F again i.e. TWICE
This will hopefully be changed by bug 564328, hence setting dependency, but until then we are stuck with the current confusing behavior...
