When using en Firefox and write names of folders at the bookmark toolbar in Arabic which is RTL language, the names of the folder will not appear in complete letters, and if write name of folders in English every thing is ok.
You may tell me to change my Firefox edition to Arabic, but what you say if the same problem not appear at IE8, Chrome, Opera and Safari English Edition.

You have to change some codes of the Firefox, which will know that the computer in which the Firefox en edition, or any LTR Language are using Arabic or any other RTL Language.

I'm not familiar with Arabic language and thus I'm unable to test this on my end.
Since the reporter is no longer active, I'm unable to request more information, for this reason I'll be closing this ticket as Resolved - WFM.

I checked the current behavior on both macOS and Win10, and the ellipsis correctly appears at the left-hand end of a truncated Arabic bookmark title. This was fixed in bug 1313751.
