Please program up into HTML the new art design for the about:mobile newsletter template and upload it (or cut and paste) into Responsys file.

New design files are here:
http://intothefuzz.com/leetom/Mobile%20Newsletter/

If you can replace the existing art in this file in Responsys with the new design, that would be great.
Responsys folder: Mobile
Responsys file name: 2010-10 about mobile newsletter.htm

(Or if you prefer, you can upload it in, and name it something similar so we can find it in that folder.

Deadline: Need by this Thursday Oct 21 (by noon) if possible. I'm out on Friday (in an airplane) and love to give Caitlin some time on Thursday/Friday to start adding her content into the new newsletter template to prep it for the sendout early next week. Appreciate the best that you can do.

thank you! Eve
Wenzel, want to take this one? Is Thursday by noon an acceptable deadline?

Yea, I'm on it. I should be done during the day tomorrow. I'll probably upload the file straight into responsys, or otherwise I'll add the data to this bug.
Fred, thanks so much!

I tried to upload this to responsys, but I didn't find a way to do it? The "import" button shows a page that says, I do not have the right to do this. So I attached the data in a zip file for now. If you let me know what I need to click on, I can upload it to responsys though.
A big Thank You to Alex for helping me to figure out the uploading. The template is uploaded and available as described in comment 0. Please check if it does what you want.

When I click on the file in the list, the preview pops up and looks like it works right.

Note: Most of the links in the template do not lead anywhere currently. You want to export those into a Responsys link list (or whatever they call that) and adapt them to their actual targets.

Fred, Looks wonderful and thanks so much for loading it in.

A few tweaks, you can modify within the HTML doc in Responsys if that's easiest:
a) Header:
Please remove the Add us to your address book mention
b) Header: please add the words "Follow us" to the left of the twitter icon
c) Header: remove the green envelope in upper right, and right-adjust the other items to right margin
d) Remove Jane's signature and title
Thank you!
Eve
Fred,

Please create a second version of newsletter (copy it), with plain boxes on the right hand sidebar (without the t-shirt image, etc. ), so Caitlin can find it easier to work with.

Those are particular images that we used for our Mainstream user newsletter that Caitlin might not wish to use, and difficult to swap in and out at a moments notice as they are attached to rounded gray edge for the box.

Also please let us know the exact specs (pixel count) for the remaining 4 major images that we can forward to our designer, so if Caitlin wishes to replace these images, she can work with John Slater/ designer to request image in the right size to very easily swap in.

- Animals on the surfboard
- Silver arrows in a circle
- Mobile phone on a little cloud
- Headshot photo (Vineel Reddy happens to be in there)

Thank you! -Eve
Thanks everyone!

I created the same file with "simplified" in the file name. It contains plain boxes on the right, as well as the changes from comment 6.

Right-clicking in Firefox, "view image info" reveals:

> - Animals on the surfboard
226 x 192

> - Silver arrows in a circle
86 x 91

> - Mobile phone on a little cloud
80 x 119

> - Headshot photo (Vineel Reddy happens to be in there)
102 x 104

Depending on how Caitlin edits the template, she can probably replace these files with differently sized ones too, though.
Thank you! -Eve
