605639 - Increase Geriatric-Master coverage

We need to cover mozilla-1.9.1, 1.9.2, 2.0 and central.

It is probably a good idea to get rid of the special geriatric master sendchanges as the geriatric-master now understands that we have multiple branches.

This bug will track:
-removing special geriatric master sendchange logic
-removing configuration for said logic
-making sure that the geriatric-master is able to understand the sendchanges

Attachment: add a repo_path to properly TinderboxPrint changeset

two changes:
-use the same branch as the build master side
-use the proper repo_path setting to provide valid TinderboxPrint changesets.  This wasn't an issue before because config.py branch key == repo_path.

Send normal sendchanges to trigger geriatric master

the only thing left in this bug is to start sending sendchanges to ger.master.  The receiving master is set up and is working as best as it can.
