1. Load https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/z/en-US/firefox/search-tools/bookmarks
2. Notice that there are no add-ons listed under the 'featured' tab.

To keep things simple, Jeff and I agreed to remove the featured add-ons from all category pages. You won't be able to view featured add-ons at all now when viewing a category of search tools.
Fixed in http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/19233cd621a826013da8608a5991e0015eace28e
The new behavior should show up soon on https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/search-tools/social-people
