Show Cookies -> Remove Cookie [OR] Remove all Cookies showing even after deletion and FF4 restart in FF4 nightly build 8

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools->Options->Privacy [Use Custom settings..]
2. Check Accept cookies from site, Un-check third party cookies.
3. Click Show Cookies, delete all or delete some and restart FF4-nightly build 8.
4. Cookies are not cleaned and visible even after FF4 restart.
Actual Results:  
Cookies not cleaned.

Expected Results:  
Show Cookies should be empty.
True. The same problem ist reproducible for x86_32 Windows Vista and actual Firefox 4.0. I think, the importance of this bug should be changed to high because it is a loss of privacy data.
