Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.11) Gecko/20101012 Firefox/3.6.11

when I opened a firefox page, it automatically updated itself but then a pop-up appeared and said something like, due to some details of the new firefox, windows 7 must use windows basic settings, so right now i can't personalize my desktop the way I used to. everything is working fine but i would like to use windows 7 normally and not have to automatically upgrade to a firefox that alters my windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a firefox browser page.
2.
3.
Sounds like desktop composition got turned off in the performance settings. Try changing the Windows 7 theme to Aero.
I just tried it -- it still doesn't let me make detailed personalization to the windows colors, or to the set themes
Update quicktime, java, flash, adobe, etc to the latest versions that availble for download from the developers webpages. I've seen very old versions of quicktime do this.
