this is probably broken on all RTL localizations, but i spotted it on the hebrew one:
when in full screen on windows 7, firefox 3.6 draws the edges of the close, maximize and minimize buttons in the opposite location, so the round corners are between the close and the maximize, and the maximize and minimize, instead of at the outside of the trio. see screenshot.

Do you think that this issue is still reproducible with up-to-date versions of Firefox?

No longer an issue on latest Nightly build on Windows 10, 7 & XP (tested also Classic and Basic themes).
Closing as RESOLVED FIXED.
