We want to create a top-level page for JavaScript that will be more SEO and
user-friendly. The idea is to create a single URL for that topic that we can
promote to build up page rank... and link to all the existing docs from there.

Ideally, we would use http://developer.mozilla.org/javascript for the URL. I believe that conflicts with a current Deki URL, but for this particular page, we will make sure the new MDN Django page replicates all the information from the Deki page and we can serve the new page and "hide" the existing page (which will remain an active Deki page for editing as needed).

The basic layout will be something like this:

title
intro paragraph about topic
-------
3 highlights + description + link to docs and demos
-------
links to all the docs related to the topic
blocks for any special content

We can start with the campaign page template from Happy Cog
(http://people.mozilla.com/~jpatel/mdn/assets/happycog/moz-dev-project-campaign.png)
and add/change things as needed to get the copy and links to fit.

Sheppy is going to work on getting the appropriate copy and links together with
some help from Tantek.

Asa is going to help with SEO-related recommendations.

I can work with Chowse and webdev to get the design together.

The HTML subpage provides the template for all subpages. Copy can be found on the PM Basecamp.
