Looks like we're not calculating the right size or padding for the button box on different operating systems.

classic looks to be off by a pixel or so as well.

That's because we started setting native sizes for -moz-window-button-box (the container), but this should only be set on the aero theme: other themes get the size through the caption button elements

This is basically the same as bug 605815. I'll just leave this open for now in case we need a follow-up. After bug 605815 lands I'll revisit this and hopefully close the bug.
