Help->restart with addons disabled
the same menuitem will still be available when you restart which is kind of weird

I'm pretty much indifferent.  You can still carry out the action (perhaps the user is interested in restarting), and safe mode isn't a very common case either way.

Note that this is used for bugs related to showing feedback to the user, getting feedback from the UX team is uiwanted :)

In my opinion it would be great if we could flip the menu entry and instead display "Restart with Add-ons Enabled...". That would offer an easy way to restart Firefox in normal mode, instead of having to manually close, start it again, and selecting the profile (if needed).

I have faced this problem many, many times. I use safe-mode quite often when I face problems with add-ons, and a "Restart with Add-ons Enabled" menu entry would be greatly helpful. The fact that it doesn't exist seems counter-intuitive, in fact. Currently, I have to go into about:config, and change browser.sessionstore.resume_session_once to true every single time. I, and I believe many others who use safe mode for troubleshooting, would greatly appreciate this fix.
