M18 is totally confused. It does not know what to do. To my regret,
MSIE shows the page correctly. Please see the attached GIF files.
OFF TOPIC:
BTW: Can somebody tell me WHERE I can change my return e-mail
address for the messages comming from BUGZILLA. My old address
was "IgorF@ix.netcom.com" and the new address is "furlan2telocity.com"

yes, I noticed ...It was submitted twice... by accident.. I did click
twice on the BACK button
that was it... the bug was submitted twice
