Until the front end Electrolysis work starts up we're just building a pretty old repo and burning CPU time. I'd like to disable the nightly builds on E10s for now. That ok by you Justin ?

mak says the Android, Maemo, and Desktop Fennec builds are also no longer needed on Places.

Coincidentally, we decided today to do our initial hacking and slashing in a user repo, I'll let y'all know when we need the E10S repo to get rolling again.

Going to assume that Places wants mobile nightlies after bug 616320.

checkconfig is OK; builders, schedulers, log handles disappear or modified as expected.
