I've had this problem with the last few builds of Firefox. It doesn't happen unless I've had Firefox running for a few hours, but it does happen daily. Sometimes it seems to happen sooner if there is an addon that needs updating. I can't give a specific amount of time and it's not quite the same problem as this bug report (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=598593).

Anyway, I have a dual monitor setup and I use UltraMon to move the browser window back and forth as needed. I haven't installed any new addons before this problem occurred, but I do have AnyColor installed which modifies the default colors and I am using an Aero theme on Win7. I have a screen shot of the problem here (http://i52.tinypic.com/332yted.jpg) and you will notice the aero theme is no longer transparent (it was the chocolate aero theme, now it's blue). I can correct the size problem by resizing the window, but the aero window color does not revert. If I close Firefox then reopen it, I have a few more hours before this happens again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Switching monitors with UltraMon (but after a few hours of running)
2.
3.

Rob, there's a nightly in parent bug 545892 that has a fix in it that hopefully addresses this. If you have the time I'd really appreciate some help in testing that with your setup. I can't test for bug 595835 because I don't have a dual monitor setup.
