Disabled buttons in account wizard (for instance, "back" and "finish" when you
open it) are not well aligned. Only the buttons are misaligned, but button
texts are ok.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "mail and news".
2. Go to "edit" menu.
3. Click on "Mail/news account settings".
4. Click on the button "new account".
5. The wizard appears and disabled buttons are misaligned.
Actual Results: disabled buttons are misaligned
Expected Results: disabled buttons should have been aligned.

marking worksforme. using the 2000111808 trunk build on win2k the disabled
buttons are aligned perfectly.
